Wichita Forever Fest united creative communities across the city for a one-day event that spotlighted the incredible talent Wichita has to offer.
Featuring over 100 local bands and musicians, performances occurred at 10 local venues across the City of Wichita - each highlighting their own music genre and subculture.
Wichita made an impact
The idea behind Wichita Forever Fest was to prove that artists could be paid, independent venues could benefit, the event could stay free, and a huge cross-section of Wichita could come together to celebrate local art and music. This report gives a much clearer picture of just how much people showed up for that idea.
